Metro 112 is pet friendly. We welcome cats and dogs with a limit of two pets allowed per apartment home. We do not allow Pit Bulls or any mix combination of this breed. Based on our community’s location, there may be other breed restrictions that we follow in accordance with laws and local ordinances.
 

• Pet Rent is $25 per pet, per month.
• The Pet Deposit is $300 per pet.
• The non-refundable Pet Fee is $200 per pet.

Parking is available on four floors of our community parking garage starting at $175/month/space.

Yes, we offer several storage unit sizes to fit your needs. See the below information for available sizes and monthly pricing.

• Small - $45/month
• Medium - $55/month
• Large - $65/month
• X-Large - $75/month

Verification of income will be required for applicants. RentGrow, our third-party screening system will automatically search The Work Number (“TWN”) to verify your income. If your employer does not participate in TWN, you will have the following options for income verification:

• Connecting your bank account which will be scanned for consistent deposits for verification, or
• Connecting your payroll provider for payroll verification, or
• Uploading recent paystubs for verification.

• Offer letters
• Written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions, or tips
• Tax forms
• Proof of assets

Metro 112 offers electric vehicle charging stations for resident use. Residents can access both types of chargers through the Tesla mobile app. There are 18 chargers in Phase I and 12 chargers in Phase II.
